Ocean Governance and Blue Economic Policy

Topics include the Law of the Sea, marine spatial planning, transboundary resource management, and the role of multilateral organizations. Students will critique and design policy interventions to balance economic growth with marine conservation. Learning Outcomes: Analyze global maritime governance systems, understand the role of state and non-state actors, develop policy recommendations for ocean-based economies.
